The Service

WeddingToast is an AI-powered tool that helps you write personalized wedding speeches. You provide personal details and stories; we use AI to generate a draft speech for your use.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must be 18 years or older to use this service

Payments and Refunds

• Pay-per-speech purchases are final once your speech has been generated
• Unlimited plan purchases are non-refundable after the speech generation has begun
• If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from receiving your speech, contact us within 7 days for a full refund
• Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the personal stories and information you provide and the speeches generated from them. You may use, edit, and deliver your speech without restriction.

You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, or intended to harm others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the service
• Use the service to generate content for commercial resale without our written permission
• Share your account credentials with others

AI-Generated Content

Our speeches are generated by AI and are intended as a starting point for your personal speech. We recommend reviewing and personalizing any generated content before delivery. We do not guarantee that generated speeches will be perfect for every situation.

Limitation of Liability

WeddingToast is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent purchase.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state.
